The backdoor
The post was filled before the notice was printed. Merit waited outside while somebody's nephew signed the joining letter.
POSTS ADVERTISED FAIRLYA satirical home for Nagaland's overqualified, underemployed and politically fed up youth. No party card. No membership fee. One stubborn swarm that refuses to be squashed.
For years the system measured a young Naga by one number: how useful you are to someone richer than you. Miss that mark and you become the problem. Lazy. Entitled. Chronically online. And most recently, a cockroach.
So we took the insult and kept it. Cockroaches survive what is built to end them. They adapt. They multiply. They come back after the spray. That is not weakness. That is the whole plan.
CJP Nagaland is a place for the graduate with no reply, the aspirant stuck on a result that never came, and everyone tired of being counted only when it is convenient. The demands are real. The rest is satire.
See what we mean →You are not lazy and you are not dramatic. The system failed you first, then had the nerve to name you the problem. Here is what you are actually up against.
The post was filled before the notice was printed. Merit waited outside while somebody's nephew signed the joining letter.
POSTS ADVERTISED FAIRLYYears of study. A drawer full of certificates. And a "we will get back to you" that never once got back to you.
CALLS RECEIVEDThe exam was announced, then frozen mid air. You aged past the limit waiting for a result that refuses to arrive.
TO FILL ONE VACANCYYou learned to drive by dodging craters. The road was sanctioned twice. Your car's suspension has filed for divorce.
SPENT WHERE IT SHOULDBengaluru. Delhi. Dubai. Naga graduates serving tables far from home just to send the money back to it.
TICKET OUT OF STATEThe fund was released. The road, the job and the building never showed up. Somebody's house got two floors taller though.
FROM PUBLIC MONEYYou have nothing to lose. The other parties already took it.
No salary. No office. No boss breathing down your neck. The swarm runs on people who show up, and right now we need more of them.
Are you an active cockroach? Are you actually turning up to CJP activities, posting, arguing, filming, showing up when it counts?
Then you are already qualified. Write to us and say which role you want.
Run the pages. Post daily. Keep the swarm awake while everyone else is asleep.
You go where it happens. Photos, video, names, dates. Original stories, not forwards.
Keep the channel clean and human. Trolls out, arguments civil, nobody doxxed.
Be the swarm in your own district. Know who is around you and bring them in.
The image that travels further than the article. If you can design, we need you badly.
Somebody has to keep the rest of us organised. If that is you, you already know.
Five demands. Zero sponsors. The same five the swarm carries in every state, Nagaland included. Read it once. Then send it to someone who needs to read it.
A judge who may one day rule against the government should not be auditioning for a job from it. The bench should not be shopping for its next post.
In a CJP state or an opposition state, it makes no difference. Stripping a citizen of their vote is an attack on the Republic itself, and it should be treated like one.
Without enlarging Parliament to make room. Give up the seats that already exist. Half the country deserves half the power, not a rounded down gesture.
Cancel the broadcast licences held by the Ambani and Adani media houses, and let the finances of the anchors who serve power face the same scrutiny they demand of everyone else.
No contesting, no public post, no comeback. You were elected on a promise, not on a price. Aaya Ram, Gaya Ram ends here.
There are youngsters like cockroaches, who do not get any employment.
On 15 May 2026, during a hearing in the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice of India described young people who cannot find work as being like cockroaches, and as parasites of society. The following day he issued a clarification, saying he had been misquoted, that the remark was aimed at people practising on fake degrees, and that he holds India's youth in high regard.
The word was already out of the room. Within twenty four hours the Cockroach Janta Party existed, founded on 16 May 2026, and people across the country were signing up under the insult on purpose.
Nagaland is part of that swarm. Our graduates have been called worse than cockroaches by the system that lost their files, cancelled their exams, and gave their post to somebody's nephew. So we took the word, and we kept it.
You cannot squash a cockroach. You cannot squash a movement.
We do not check religion, tribe, caste or gender. We do not care who your father knows. We do keep four non negotiable standards, the same four the swarm uses everywhere.
By degree, by choice, or by the system. Bring your certificate, leave your productivity at the door.
Physically, at least. The mind may rage at full capacity, usually at three in the morning.
You have refreshed the result website four hundred times today. Our digital warriors stay awake at 3am.
Sharp, honest, and aimed at something that actually matters. Amateur whining stays home.
"They handed the keys to the billionaires and told us to work harder. So we are taking the locks off the doors."
The face stays hidden on purpose. A movement for the youth should be carried by the youth, not fronted by one name looking for credit. The leader is a founding member who knows, from the inside, what it means to be ignored by the system. Armed with free wifi and a fair grudge, the swarm started in a rented room with a fan that does not work.
No form. No fee. No phone number. One tap and you are in the channel where the swarm actually talks.
Other parties want your Aadhaar, your caste, and a selfie with the leader. We want you to show up.
The best rants go out on the channel. Anonymously, unless you tell us otherwise.
Claim your place on the board. Points come from bringing new people in, from turning up, and from actually contributing something. Free, and no phone number is asked for.
Every member of the Nagaland swarm is in the channel. That is where the organising happens. Open it, then come back and claim your rank.
Open the WhatsApp channel →No phone number. No Aadhaar. No fee. Read how we handle this in the privacy policy. You can ask us to delete you any time.
Every new member who joins through your link gives you 50 points. This is the fastest way up, and it is the only thing that actually grows the swarm.
Pick your rank, get your card, put it on your status. Made right here in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is saved, nothing is sent anywhere.
Card updates as you type. Your swarm ID is generated from your name, not from a member list, so no one is counting you.
